These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of studysmith.online and all services provided by StudySmith Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About StudySmith
StudySmith is an academic consulting and career strategy agency. We provide educational support services including research guidance, document structuring, presentation design, and career document consulting. Our role is to act as a tutoring, coaching, and reference resource — not to complete academic work on behalf of clients.
Academic Integrity Notice: All materials, drafts, research guidance, and reference documents produced by StudySmith are intended solely as educational learning references and study tools. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and producing their own original submissions in compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies. StudySmith does not condone or facilitate academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or contract cheating in any form.
2. Services Offered
StudySmith provides the following consulting and support services:
- Assignment Consulting: Research guidance, structural feedback, and reference frameworks to support your understanding of complex academic topics.
- Visual Presentations: Design consulting and structural assistance for slide decks and data visualisation projects.
- ATS CV & Resume Consulting: Career document strategy, keyword structuring, and formatting guidance for job applications.
- Study Insights: Structured revision materials, topic summaries, and study strategy guidance.
All deliverables are provided as reference and learning materials only. It is the client's responsibility to use these materials appropriately and in accordance with their institution's or employer's policies.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree that:
- You will use all materials provided by StudySmith as learning references and not submit them directly as your own original work in any context where doing so is prohibited.
- You are responsible for understanding and complying with your institution's academic integrity and plagiarism policies.
- You will provide accurate project briefs and requirements when requesting services.
- You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
4. Service Tiers & Pricing
StudySmith offers tiered service packages (Foundation, Executive, Elite) reflecting the depth of consulting, research, and technical expertise applied. Pricing details are available on our Pricing Page. All prices are displayed in the currency stated at the time of order.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in advance prior to commencement of any project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking via WhatsApp or email.
- StudySmith reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed work until full payment is received.
- Prices are subject to change. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
6. Revisions & Delivery
- Revision rounds are included as specified in your chosen service tier.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period may incur additional charges.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. StudySmith will communicate any delays promptly.
- Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
7. Refund Policy
- Before work begins: A full refund is available if cancellation is requested before work has commenced.
- After work has commenced: Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
- After delivery: Refunds are not provided for completed and delivered projects, except where the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed brief — in which case we will first offer to revise the work.

8. Confidentiality
StudySmith operates a strict confidentiality policy. We will not disclose your identity, project details, or personal information to third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the reference materials prepared for you for personal educational or professional development purposes. StudySmith retains intellectual property rights over its templates, methodologies, and frameworks. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish StudySmith deliverables as your own original work for commercial gain.
10. Limitation of Liability
StudySmith provides consulting guidance and reference materials to support your success. We make no guarantee of specific academic grades, employment outcomes, or other results. Final outcomes depend on your own performance and factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudySmith's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
- Resell our services or deliverables without prior written consent.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts relevant to your place of residence for any unresolved disputes.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
